I got this recipe from my grandmother and she makes them every time we go visit! I promise; these are so good. I recommend storing them in your refrigerator; they’ll last longer and they taste really good on top of some yogurt and fruit for breakfast! They are also the perfect sweet treat! You can heat them up in the microwave and top them with some vanilla ice cream! Chef’s kiss!

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup honey

3 large eggs

1 ¾ cup blanched almond flour

3 tbsp cocoa powder

¾ tsp baking soda

1 cup shredded zucchini

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

Pinch of sea salt

Dairy-free, sugar-free chocolate chips (I use the brand Lily’s Chocolate)
